Taylor West is a Ph.D. student in Public Policy at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with expertise in public health and environmental policy. Her research focuses on air quality and drought, utilizing satellite data and spatial analysis tools. As a fellow to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Center for Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology II, Taylor's professional background includes roles at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Baltimore City Health Department, where she contributed to policy research, program evaluation, and public health strategy. She is deeply committed to developing data-informed solutions that address pressing environmental and public health challenges.

Devin Graham received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Texas A&M University, where she studied the intersection of human, animal, and environmental health with an emphasis on infectious disease. She recently graduated with her M.S. in Biohazardous Threat Agents and Emerging Infectious Diseases from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and intends to pursue a career in health security and biodefense.
