Kansas Insurance Undergraduate Certificate

Gain the knowledge and skills needed to begin a career in the insurance and financial services industry.

You will develop a strong understanding of basic financial planning and insurance concepts, including health, life, property and casualty, annuities and insurance-related employee benefits.

This program was developed in partnership with the Kansas Insurance Education Foundation, which works with industry leaders to seek out qualified graduates. This state-wide initiative is designed to promote the insurance industry among financial planning and business majors.

The courses required for this certificate also apply toward the core coursework for the online personal financial planning bachelor's degree.
