These partnerships have enabled the professional development team to develop programs that are in high demand by industry and their employees. Lauren RackiProfessional Development Manager Fusing her knowledge of adult learning principles with strong community ties and relationship building, Lauren has helped revamp, add value to and increase enrollment for leadership and academic programs throughout the years, including Leadership Northeast and K-State Olathe's academic degree programs.
