Jaclyn Wolf

Jaclyn Wolf is the professional development specialist at K-State Olathe.

She helps develop, manage and expand the campus' professional development and noncredit programming. This includes helping plan and oversee all aspects of existing workshops, from venue selection, to catering, speaker selection and participant evaluations. She also is responsible for select workshops and conferences.

Prior to joining K-State Olathe, she was the assistant registrar at Baker University for more than a year. There, she supervised office staff, managed the office, co-developed a graduate fair for the campus, oversaw the commencement ceremony, developed semester course offerings, oversaw transcript requests and more.

Before that, she was the assistant director at Emporia State University's Kansas City campus for 4 1/2 years. She managed the site and was the main point of contact with property management. She also developed and oversaw an average of 10 annual recruitment and retention events each year.

Wolf spent two years as the program manager for professional and continuing education at the University of Kansas. During that time, she planned every aspect of the National Conference in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology, which was attended by more than 300 professionals.

She also worked as the assistant program manager of continuing education for the university for two years, during which she managed enrollment for multiple online certificate courses in engineering management, was responsible for planning and coordinating professional education programming and helped retool offerings to better serve adult learners.

She was a member of the 2020 Leadership Overland Park class and Overland Park Chamber YP Steering Committee.

Wolf earned her bachelor's degree in business from Emporia State University.

She joined K-State Olathe on Jan. 17, 2023.
