OLATHE – Kansas State University's Olathe campus is celebrating the 22 students who completed their degree programs during the 2019-2020 academic year.
Twelve students completed their degree programs in the spring 2020 semester. Ten students completed their programs during the fall 2019 semester – including the first to graduate from the hospitality management bachelor's degree completion program at the campus.
"Despite the bittersweet nature of commencement, we are excited for our students to use the knowledge and skills they learned with us to advance their career goals," said Jackie Spears, interim dean and CEO and associate dean for academic affairs. "Most of our students have full-time careers and families, on top of coursework and projects for classes, so it's continuously impressive to see their commitment and dedication to completing their degree program."
