M.S. Research Assistantship | Urban Foods
An M.S. research assistantship is available in the Urban Food Production and Postharvest Handling Lab within K-State's Department of Horticulture and Natural Resources based at the K-State Olathe Campus. The successful candidate will be Co-Advised by Drs. Eleni Pliakoni and Manreet Bhullar on a Global Food Systems Grant Proposal-funded research project focused on evaluating the effect of innovative food labeling technology on produce quality, safety and consumer acceptability.
