Management Strategies: Pathways to Leadership 2025 Program

Leading teams can be challenging. That's where we come in.

Our leadership series provides you and other high performers with the knowledge, strategies, emotional intelligence and other "soft skills" needed to successfully transition from peer to manager.

Management Strategies: Pathways to Leadership is a six-part, in-person professional development series that covers key leadership topics. Each of the six day-long sessions is led by an instructor who has years of experience helping businesses and organizations develop and foster more successful managers and teams. Lunch is provided at each session. At the end of the series, you and the other participants are invited to a luncheon that celebrates your success and includes a keynote speaker who will share insights they've learned about leading others throughout their career. You'll also receive two optional personal coaching sessions with the presenter of your choice.

The biggest gain from this session to me was to understand some strategies to work with others and carry out tough conversations if needed to.
