Lisa Troutman, D.V.M., M.S., is the senior scientist and veterinary medical officer at the Food and Drug Administration, Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM) in the Office of New Animal Drug Evaluation. Prior to this, Troutman worked in the Division of Companion Animal Drugs for around 20 years with interests in oncology and biotechnology, including gene therapies and cell and tissue products, internal medicine, postoperative pain and innovative study design for clinical trials.
She is a graduate of Cornell University, Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine and University of Dayton.
