Meaghan Bircher, M.S. Ed.
Meaghan Bircher, M.S. Ed., has more than 30 years of experience educating, developing and advising military and civilian organizations and their leaders in the practical application of leadership principles.
With her comprehensive experience and expertise, Meaghan is uniquely qualified to assist with navigating the challenges of today’s workplace environments to help leaders meet the needs of their organizations and teams. She currently facilitates graduate-level leader development programs for the U.S. military focusing on generational differences, formal and informal mentorship and the power of networking.
Meaghan facilitates leadership and team development classes in public, private and non-profit settings. As a former facilitator for the Steven Covey Foundation, she uses her extensive background and knowledge to enable leaders of all experience levels to understand and maximize the strengths of differing generations as they meet leadership and organizational challenges associated with having multiple generations working side-by-side. Meaghan guides leaders and teams in the art of engaging and motivating differing generations to create collaborative work environments.
Meaghan holds a M.S. in Adult Learning and Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Dynamics for Adult Learners from Kansas State University, a B.S. in Psychology from University of Maryland University College and is a proud member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society from the University of Maryland.
