Margie Banach, M.S. Ed.
Margie Banach, M.S. Ed., is an experienced coach and mentor with more than three decades of advising and assisting executive level problem-solving and decision-making. Her executive leadership acumen and keen insights have helped her lead high-performing teams while serving in a number of demanding roles in both the public and private sectors. Her crisis management, leadership and problem-solving skills also were honed, as Margie supported various complex military activities. Margie's state-level leadership and advocacy for education in Hawaii extended to the Joint Venture Education Forum with John Hopkins University, and to the U.S. Department of Education.
Today, Margie is a seasoned executive leadership advisor, graduate-level educator and lecturer. Her vast experiential base provides a unique perspective of leadership as a team member, group manager and executive leader. Margie is a trained executive leadership coach and served as an executive leadership coach to a Fortune 500 company. Margie is passionate about providing the right tools and strategic frameworks for clients to develop personally and professionally.
Developing high-performing individuals and teams in order to deliver exceptional outcomes is a driving force for her. Margie's dedication and unique skill set have positioned her to deliver executive-level leadership programs and strategic direction across industry verticals.
Margie currently supports both private sector companies and the U.S. Army. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa, a Master of Science degree in Adult Learning and Leadership, and a Leadership Dynamics for Adult Learners graduate certificate from Kansas State University (KSU). Margie is a recipient of several civilian awards and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society at K-State.
