Jason Grove
Jason Grove is the chief operations officer of Katalyst Group, where he oversees the delivery team and serves as a strategic partner in the firm's growth initiatives. He is a senior operations leader with more than three decades of experience implementing brand solutions within the built environment, working at the intersection of design, fabrication and architecture.
His career has centered on leading multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, production and installation to deliver innovative solutions across a wide range of industry verticals including retail, sports, entertainment, corporate, restaurant and health care.
A strong advocate for community involvement, Grove believes deeply in the value of direct collaboration between education and industry. He has a long history of serving on advisory boards and partnering with universities, schools, and industry advocacy organizations to strengthen workforce development and practical learning pathways.
In 2018, Grove founded KC OPS, a production management leadership development program serving manufacturing and fabrication firms in the Kansas City region. Through monthly peer group meetings and fractional leadership coaching, KC OPS helps companies improve performance, scale operations, and reach their goals faster.
