Jason Grove
Jason Grove is the chief operations officer of Katalyst Group Inc. where he is responsible for overseeing the delivery team and acting as a strategic partner in the firm's growth initiatives.
He is a senior operations leader with more than three decades experience implementing brand solutions within the built environment; specifically working where design, fabrication and architecture intersect. His focus has been leading multidisciplinary teams in design, engineering, production and installation, delivering innovative solutions across diverse sectors, including retail, sports, entertainment, corporate, health care and restaurant spaces.
Grove is a strong believer in community involvement and how the relationship between education and industry working directly together is critical for the success of both. He has a long history of serving on advisory boards and collaborating on projects with many universities, schools and industry advocacy groups. In 2018, Grove founded KC OPS, a production management leadership development program for Kansas City manufacturing and fabrication firms. Aimed at improving performance through peer groups, workshops and fractional leadership coaching, KC OPS works with firms to effectively scale operations to realize their goals faster.
