Brett Horton
Brett Horton, Ph.D., is the CEO, lead consultant and executive coach with the leadership development firm b3 Remarkable.
He also serves as the faculty of hospitality management at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas.
Horton understands teams, having worked 12 years at five-star hotels and resorts as well as being the senior director at the WinShape Retreat Center in Mount Berry, Georgia, a part of Chick-fil-A.

Horton has a Ph.D. in restaurant, hotel, institution and tourism management from Purdue University; an MBA in finance from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs; and a B.S. in restaurant, hotel and institution management from K-State.
