Audrey Ayes Audrey Ayers holds a Ph.D. in Adult Learning and Leadership, researching conflict resolution in higher education. Audrey is a national speaker, presenting from coast to coast, on conflict management and resolution in the workplace. Audrey has led conflict resolution workshops for senior military members and spouses, industry professionals, education leadership, and has worked extensively with the construction industry and grain industry. Audrey teaches mediation courses and is the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Military Learning.
