The Outdoor Deck (Second Floor) is a great location for a reception. It is on the second floor just off the classroom hallway and next to the Student Success Center. The patio faces east and overlooks our landscaping, gardens and a pond.

Room rates are based on the reserved time. All set up and tear down must fall within the 4 or 8 hour rented time.

Prices for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • $210 for half day
  • $420 for full day
Prices befor 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m.
  • $192 for half day
  • $384 for full day

 

Capacity

  • 20 people in banquet setup (1,715 sq. ft.)
