The Great Plains Banquet Room offers versatile setup options, including the ability to have a meeting space on one side and catering service with beverages on the other, with the collapsible room divider partially closed (depending on the number of guests). With round tables, the room can accommodate up to 154 guests for meals or meetings. It also can be arranged in a classroom-style, U-shape, face-to-face pods and has ample room for vendors or exhibitors.

Linen rentals for the banquet tables are required, and the associated costs will be provided in advance.

Room rates are based on the reserved time. All set up and tear down must fall within the 4 or 8 hour rented time.
