Bistro (Atrium)

Room Information

The Bistro (Atrium) is a great reception area for meetings and social gatherings. This is an informal area with an adjacent kitchen, serving bar and patio. It is perfect for all-day beverage service, catering, guest seating and networking during event breaks. It also can be used for evening receptions or bar service. Please note that it is an open-air area and because of that, building occupants may pass through.

The Bistro (Atrium) is often rented in conjunction with Forum Hall and the Great Plains Room to provide additional seating during meals and all-day beverage service. Its proximity to Forum Hall makes it a convenient space for networking and refreshments, enhancing the overall experience for your guests.

Room rates are based on the reserved time. All set up and tear down must fall within the 4 or 8 hour rented time.

Rental Rate

Pricing for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• $175 for half day
• $350 for full day

Pricing before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m.

• $240 for half day
• $480 for full day

Capacity

• 44 people in fixed, banquet seating setup (1,1216 sq. ft.).
• Additional tables can be added to seat 103 people.
