Build a foundation in health education, chronic disease prevention and the connection between human nutrition and health.
With a B.S. in Human Nutrition, you'll be a trusted source on the science of food and nutrition and the effects of food on human health. This program will prepare you for health-related careers and for advanced professional schools in human health.
You can customize this 120 credit hour undergraduate program to fit your career goals by choosing courses on topics such as personal wellness, allergies and intolerances, nutrition for athletes, clinical nutrition, health care organization administration and more.
This is a bachelor's degree completion program. Up to 75 credit hours can be transfered from a community college or incomplete bachelor's degree and you can apply to the K-State Olathe program while completing your required credits.
Classes begin in fall 2026.
