Tyler Dixon is in his ninth year at the Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC), an advanced manufacturing facility, where he ensures employees have a culture of learning. Through learning strategy, his accomplishments include developing a new hire manufacturing onboarding program, creating a simulated training factory and implementing virtual and augmented reality into training programs.

In Dixon's free time, he enjoys volunteering, having served on the board of directors for Kansas City's chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), as well as Johnson County Community College's Curriculum Advisory Committee.

Dixon is a graduate of Kansas State University, where he received a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and a Certificate of International Business. He has ATD's Certified Professional in Talent Development credential. He is currently obtaining his MBA with Northwest Missouri State University.
