Nels Storm

Nels Storm serves as vice president of Food and Beverage Product Strategy at AMC Entertainment, where he leads the vision and execution of strategic initiatives that shape the future of the organization’s food and beverage offerings. In this role, Storm is responsible for defining long-term product strategies, driving innovation and ensuring alignment between operational excellence and evolving consumer preferences.

Storm hails from Minnesota where he began his career in the Culinary, Restaurant Operations and Research and Development disciplines for organizations ranging from Caribou Coffee to ARAMARK Corporation and the Minnesota Vikings Football Club.

With a proven track record in product strategy and operations, Storm has led teams against countless transformative projects and enterprise-wide initiatives ranging from how Caribou Coffee delivers chocolate into their Mochas, to how guests across the country think about dining in a Movie Theatre. These initiatives have streamlined processes, optimized product portfolios and strengthened the company's ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences across diverse markets.

Beyond driving business results, Storm also actively participates in community outreach programs focused on education, sustainability and mentorship, reinforcing a personal and professional commitment to making a positive impact.

Outside of work, Storm resides in Spring Hill with his wife, five cats, three dogs, a horse, rabbit and assortment of other critters. Their son is a freshman at K-State Manhattan, double majoring in mechanical and nuclear engineering. He and his wife aspire to expand their menagerie to a hobby farm in the coming years…adding cows, goats, fowl and whatever else wanders in.
