Miles Keaton has been with John Deere since 1999 and is currently the manager of performance upgrades.

Honors received within John Deere include the Engineering Managers Innovation Award twice, the Individual Recognition Award for Problem Solving, the Team Recognition Award for Quality Improvement. He also holds four U.S. Patents.

Keaton earned a bachelor's in biological and agricultural engineering in 1996 and a master's in 1998 from K-State.

Keaton lives in Louisburg, Kansas, with his family and is very active in his community.
