Jim Jarrett is president of GBA, where he leads with a people-centered, servant-leadership style focused on building strong teams, shaping culture and making a meaningful impact on clients and communities. Since joining GBA in 1994, Jarret has helped transform the company from a regional engineering firm into a multidisciplinary organization serving public and private clients in infrastructure, life sciences, data centers and advanced facilities. He collaborates closely with GBA's affiliates—including GBA Builders, Compli, ViroCon and I-Solutions to deliver integrated solutions when desired and foster long-term partnerships.

Jarrett is a member of the GBA Companies Inc. and GBA Boards of Directors, and actively participates in regional leadership organizations, including the Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC) and the Olathe Chamber of Commerce. A Kansas State University graduate, he credits K-State for his professional and personal foundation and is committed to supporting future generations of Wildcats.

Recognized for his dedication to mentoring and leadership development, Jarrett believes sustainable success requires balance from investing in growth of mind, body and spirit. He brings a service-driven approach to leadership, emphasizing relationships, continuous learning and community engagement.
