As vice president and principal-in-charge of GBA's Life Sciences group, Michael Glasker is responsible for the development of the department's expertise and business. He has oversight of all Life Sciences projects and provides guidance to the project teams.

With more than 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry, he has experience in almost every aspect of the design process.

His unwavering passion for the industry and strong leadership style has led to the outstanding success and growth of GBA's services in the industry. Glasker has led projects for some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the world. His work has helped clients reduce time to market on critical drugs, improve the quality and safety of manufacturing, and improve processes and efficiencies.

A licensed PE, Glasker has a bachelor's degree in architectural engineering from Kansas State University and is a graduate of AEC's Senior Executive Institute. Glasker is an active leader in numerous organizations including the ISPE Midwest Chapter where he serves as vice president and board member.
