Kristen Allen is a passionate, enthusiastic leader within the hospitality industry. She has enhanced her business acumen over the last 20 years by becoming a motivated learner/participant and valued leader. This insight enables her to look in all nuances of what encompasses the true vision of hospitality instead of just a room with a view.

Her existing role as Area Operations Executive for Hilton Brand Hotels, has magnified her opportunities to expand her leadership role within the Hilton Franchise. These current roles include the General Manager at the Award Winning Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City/Olathe Convention Center while also supporting the Hilton Garden Inn Olathe and Johnny's Italian Steakhouse restaurant. She has led several teams honored with Guest Services awards and has twice been awarded the Connie Pride Award of Excellence with Hilton Hotels.

Allen has enriched her proficiency by also partnering in leadership roles at Hyatt, IHG, Marriott and several restaurant concepts. These included several hotel renovations and new build projects while performing in the highest leadership role.

She has a true passion for all facets of the hospitality industry. These include not only the brick and mortar of daily operations, but also mentoring others in their career path, giving options/comfort in their day to day lives, assisting them to truly find their voice and desires for the future. These occasions are what drives her to continue to grow within the industry today.

Allen continues to reach out to local students as a mentor in High School and College environment to assist them in finding complimentary paths within hospitality. She also donates her time as a valued coach in Youth Soccer.
