Chinese Culinary Workshop
Learn how to cook delicious Chinese food at the Chinese Culinary Workshop.

About the workshop
The Chinese Culinary Workshop blends food safety education with hands-on instruction about how to make the following dishes: chili pepper chicken, chicken with Chinese sauce, gongbao chicken, fish-flavored shredded pork and mushroom chicken.
During the workshop, attendees will:
• Receive food safety information provided by Kansas Department of Agriculture inspectors
• Learn and practice hands-on cooking techniques with a professional Chinese chef
• Learn how to cook the five different Chinese dishes, which use similar ingredients
• Make one of the five dishes with a team
Once cooked, the meals will be shared and eaten.
Registration
The workshop costs $10 per person.
