Coordinator for Adult Education
The successful candidate will facilitate recruitment of students and coordination of the online and face-to-face (Ft. Leavenworth and K-State Olathe) deliveries of Adult Education Master's and Doctoral Degree Programs. This position will also provide administrative support for the Program Assessment Director. This full-time position will have responsibilities at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas and K-State Olathe.
Communications and Marketing Coordinator
The Communications and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for development and implementation of marketing and communications campaigns to further the mission of the campus. As a key member of the Olathe team, the coordinator develops content for a wide range of media to support activities in education, research, engagement and economic development. Responsibilities include website content, social media, news releases and collateral materials.
The coordinator reports to the campus CEO/Vice Provost and supports internal and external communications with key constituencies. Working closely as the main liaison between the Olathe campus and the university's Division of Communications and Marketing, the coordinator plays an integral role in facilitating marketing efforts by the university in the Kansas City metro area. Responsibilities also include determining news value and building strong connections with local, regional and national media.
Information Technology Student Assistant (Part-time 15 to 20 hours)
The Information Technology Student Assistant works directly with the Micro Computer Support Technician, Events Coordinator and Facility Operations Manager, and other K-State Olathe staff to support audiovisual and technology needs. Must be able to cover daytime hours, as well as evening and weekend classes and events.
