Nutrition Instructor

K-State Olathe seeks 1-2 individuals passionate about teaching nutrition classes to undergraduate students for two evening, in-person classes to be held at the K-State Olathe campus in Fall 2026. Classes are for the School of Health Sciences preparing students for careers and additional education in public health, human nutrition and dietetics. The position is a non-tenure track member of the faculty whose primary role is instructional.
Director of Strategic Partnerships and Regional Engagement

K-State Olathe seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships and Regional Engagement to strengthen the campus' industry partnerships, community collaborations and regional business engagement that support academic programs, research activities and professional and continuing education. The director cultivates and manages relationships with industry partners, civic organizations, and community stakeholders to advance the strategic priorities of K-State Olathe and the broader university.
