Leading teams can be challenging. That's where we come in.
Our leadership series provides you with the knowledge, strategies, "soft skills," emotional intelligence and other tools and skillsets that take your management to the next level — helping you achieve the results you and your company aspire to while guiding your team to success.
Management Strategies: Pathways to Leadership is a six-part, in-person professional development series that focuses on a different leadership topic throughout the first half of the year. Each day-long session is led by an instructor who has years of experience helping businesses develop and foster more successful managers and teams. Lunch is provided at each session. At the series conclusion, participants are invited to a luncheon featuring a keynote speaker sharing their leadership insights. You'll also receive two optional personal coaching sessions with the presenter of your choice.
