Getting to KC is easy, with both interstate access and an international airport.

Walking is the main mode of transportation downtown, but parking is available for drivers. Ride sharing services and a street car also provide transportation throughout the city.

Kansas City is known for its barbecue. The KC style involves seasoning the meat with a dry rub, slow smoking it and serving it with a thick tomato-based barbecue sauce that can be sweet, savory and/or hot.
