Sam Noyce

Samuel Noyce serves as a Software Engineer at UW-Madison TOPS Lab, where he has accumulated three years of experience developing software solutions aimed at enhancing traffic operations and safety in Wisconsin. Projects Samuel has contributed to during his time at TOPS Lab include Community Maps, the Wisconsin Lane Closure System and the Winter Storm Report System.

Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems with a specialized focus on cyber-security, which he earned from Edgewood College in 2020.
