Henry Brown

Henry BrownHenry Brown is a research engineer at the University of Missouri where he works on projects in a variety of areas such as innovative geometric designs, work zones and transportation safety. His research has been funded by agencies such as NCHRP, the Missouri Department of Transportation and the Smart Work Zone Deployment Initiative. He has led five NCHRP synthesis projects and has served on NCHRP panels. He also teaches the Capstone course. Prior to moving to Missouri in 2012, Brown obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Purdue and worked for 14 years as a highway engineer at the Indiana Department of Transportation. He is a registered professional engineer in both Indiana and Missouri.
