Amy Schick

Amy Schick joined The Department of Transportation/National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) as a presidential management fellow in 2007 and has served in NHTSA’s research and program development office working on various behavioral safety countermeasures. Schick served as a DOT liaison to the U.S. House of Representatives appropriations committee and currently serves as the acting director for NHTSA’s Grant Management and Operations Office. Before joining NHTSA, Schick worked as an EMT-paramedic and served in the U.S. Army Finance Corps. She holds a bachelor's in emergency health services from the George Washington University and a masters of health promotion management from Marymount University.
