Reginald R. Souleyrette

Reginald R. Souleyrette, Ph.D., PE, F.ASCE, is Chair, Department of Civil Engineering and Commonwealth Professor of Transportation Engineering at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Souleyrette has 30 years of experience as an educator, researcher and administrator.

His research interests include transportation safety, information systems, planning models and railroad engineering.

He earned B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Texas and a Ph.D. in civil engineering (transportation) from UC Berkeley and is a registered Professional Engineer in Iowa and Kentucky.
