Jill Rybar, MPH

Jill RybarJill Rybar, MPH, is Deputy Director for the TREDS (Training, Research and Education for Driving Safety) Program at UC San Diego.

She received her Master's degree in Public Health from UCLA and her undergraduate degree in Health Science from San Diego State University.

With decades of experience working for public and private organizations, Jill has expertise in program management, curriculum development and research. In her current role, she directs training programs for professionals and the public that aim to promote safe driving behaviors.

Jill is a member of the California Strategic Highway Safety Plan Steering Committee and serves on several challenge areas, including distracted and impaired driving.
