Finch Fulton

Finch FultonFinch Fulton joined Locomation as Vice President of Policy and Strategy on February 2021. He previously served at the U.S. Department of Transportation under Secretary Elaine Chao from 2017-2021, was the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Transportation Policy and was the nominee to be Assistant Secretary for Transportation Policy. There, he led the USDOT's efforts around the safe integration of transportation technologies into the U.S. transportation system.

He also served as a staffer in the House of Representatives, in the Senate and in the private sector. He is a native of Mobile, Alabama, a graduate of the University of Alabama, received his MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and has been involved in trucking and logistics through his family's business his entire life.
