K-State's Leadership Program for Technical Professionals
Leading technical teams can be a challenge for a variety of professions. Understanding the unique aspects of technical teams to effectively necessary skill for leaders. This workshop series is aimed at understanding your own personal qualities as a technical professional, understanding how to effectively lead teams of technical professionals, and pulling it all together to achieve the results you want.

Target audience
Technical professionals are defined as a highly-skilled employees in a technical discipline. This workshop targets professional in the following fields: Engineers (civil, hardware and software), IT professionals, scientists, veterinarians and medical professionals, as well as finance professionals.

Each workshop is $200. Workshops can be attended separately or taken as a series with a 10% discount at $720 for the series.
