Room information

K-State Olathe offers a variety of locations to fit your needs. All spaces offer full audio-visual equipment that includes monitors, projectors, computers and wireless Internet connection, which are included in the rental fee. Some spaces also offer video and teleconferencing capabilities. Advanced technology support is provided by our on-site professional IT department.

Lobby - Room 100

Our spacious lobby is an ideal location to hold a reception or banquet for 110-115 people.

Forum Hall - Room 110

A relatively small and intimate tiered auditorium that allows for presentations and interactive panel discussions for up to 125 people.

Executive Board Room - Room 120

The board room is an intimate setting for executive meetings and will seat up to 48 people.

Conference Rooms - Room 121 and 122

These identical conference rooms can be used for internal and external organizations for small private conference meetings. Each room accommodates 12-15 people and can be used for video and teleconferencing.

Kitchen Spaces

Multiple kitchen spaces include a theatre/studio kitchen, banquet kitchens and a competition kitchen.

Bistro

An informal area with an adjacent kitchen, serving bar and patio. It is a great reception space for meetings and social gatherings of up to 85 people.

Bistro Patio

A great outdoor reception area for meetings and social gatherings that can accommodate 126-250 people, depending on the setup.

Great Plains Room - Room 145 (A and B)

A flexible space that can be used as one large banquet area or divided into two separate rooms to accommodate various sizes and types of meetings, classes, dinners and receptions.

Classroom 220 - Room 220

This second floor classroom can be set up in a variety layouts, including exhibit/showcase, classroom and lecture style, and hold 80-96 people.

Classrooms - Rooms 221 (A and B) and 222 (A and B)

These second floor classrooms can be used for class and meeting needs and hold 60-100 people, depending on the classroom and furniture arrangement. Each classroom also is divisible and can be split into two separate rooms, which can accommodate 34-60 people, depending on room and furniture setup.

Classrooms - Room 223 (A and B)

A second floor classroom that can be used for class and meeting needs. The room holds 72-100 people, depending on the room layout. The room also can be split into two separate rooms with a divider.

Outdoor Patio Deck

This second floor deck is the perfect location for a reception or banquet with up to 150 people. The deck faces east and overlooks our landscaping, gardens and pond.
