Student Support Program – Counseling Services

You can access My SSP by one of two ways:

1. Download the My SSP app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store and use the chat or phone function.
   
   
2. Call My SSP directly at 866-743-7732 (or 1-416-380-6578 if calling outside of the U.S. or Canada).

When you first sign up for My SSP, you must provide personal information.

What can I use My SSP for?

• Speaking with clinicians right away to get some support
• Setting up short-term counseling
• Getting connected with providers in your community who can offer ongoing treatment

What is the cost?

Access to My SSP is free and available to all eligible students.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can access this support?

No.
