Internal processes and services are executed in a timely, accurate, value-added and cost-effective manner that exceed expectations.

Facilities, Events and Information Technology Strategy:

  • Maintain and operate facilities and grounds cost effectively to ensure students, guests, tenants and employees have an "as new" clean, safe and healthy environment.
  • Equip the campus with current, well-maintained technology to optimize communications and educational delivery.
  • Ensure Event and IT services and support are provided in a timely, customer focused and highly satisfactory manner.
  • Increase the use of the kitchen and other building facilities for mission driven programs, events, and activities; also expand the Food Innovation Accelerator.

Human Resources Strategy:

  • Build and maintain a diverse workforce that is highly satisfied, and increase employee expertise and human capital optimization.
  • Promote a Community Building program that includes quality of life and quality of workplace initiatives.
  • Conduct an annual employee survey, and plan for outcome based improvements.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews that include individual Professional Development Plans.

Fiscal Affairs Strategy:

  • Ensure all operations remain within budget while maintaining resource flexibility for both un-forecasted events and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain budgets to optimize organizational outcomes.
  • Produce monthly financial reports to all unit leaders that are customized to meet their needs.
  • Ensure annual external audits confirm compliance with GAAP and best practices.
