Facilities, Events and Information Technology Strategy:
- Maintain and operate facilities and grounds cost effectively to ensure students, guests, tenants and employees have an "as new" clean, safe and healthy environment.
- Equip the campus with current, well-maintained technology to optimize communications and educational delivery.
- Ensure Event and IT services and support are provided in a timely, customer focused and highly satisfactory manner.
- Increase the use of the kitchen and other building facilities for mission driven programs, events, and activities; also expand the Food Innovation Accelerator.
Human Resources Strategy:
- Build and maintain a diverse workforce that is highly satisfied, and increase employee expertise and human capital optimization.
- Promote a Community Building program that includes quality of life and quality of workplace initiatives.
- Conduct an annual employee survey, and plan for outcome based improvements.
- Conduct annual performance reviews that include individual Professional Development Plans.
Fiscal Affairs Strategy:
- Ensure all operations remain within budget while maintaining resource flexibility for both un-forecasted events and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and maintain budgets to optimize organizational outcomes.
- Produce monthly financial reports to all unit leaders that are customized to meet their needs.
- Ensure annual external audits confirm compliance with GAAP and best practices.
