Numana Swipe Out Hunger
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2012: 22,032 MEALS PACKAGED! Thank you to all our volunteers!
Swipe Out Hunger is a food packing event and Quarter fundraising challenge available to teams from the six Johnson County school districts, KC Metro area schools, community groups and industry that packages non-perishable meals to be distributed to the Horn of Africa.
In addition to the food packing event, schools and organizations participated in a Quarter Challenge with all funds to be donated to the cost of packaging 20,000 meals.
