Eric Racki joined K-State Olathe as the IT support specialist. In this role, he will provide IT support for classes and meetings as well as support the IT needs of faculty and staff. He specializes in troubleshooting, configuring, repairing and upgrading Mac and PC hardware and software as well as information networks.
Prior to joining the Olathe campus, Racki worked at K-State's Manhattan campus as an information technology consultant for Client Services at the Information Technology Assistance Center, or iTAC.
He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Kansas State University. He also has completed trainings for hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting with Microsoft Corp., Four Winds Interactive, Citrix Systems Inc. and Dell Inc.
